After 39 years in business, we have had our share of very happy customers.  Back in the 70's, we would get phone calls, but now we usually get emails from folks who are simply estatic about their dogs.  This lady, Debbie, called me and then emailed me with a picture of her dog, Bella.  So was so happy, and her praise of this dog was so overwhelming, I just had to put her on the first page of this tab, (I almost want the dog back now:).  Anyway, enjoy.  I have not embellished these letters in any way.

We bought a female Airedale puppy from you in late
February.
I just
wanted to tell you this is the most incredible dog I have
ever
know.
This was our first Airedale and she has far passed our
expectations. I
have always had dogs, but I don't think there has ever been
one
that I
have been so pleased with. She is beautiful, happy, and eager
to
please.
Thank you so much for my Bella.; Sincerely Debbie S.

Below is a letter from a guy in Michigan.

Frank,

My name is Dale  and we live in  MI.

We have gotten 2 dogs from you, one in 1994, and the one we have now in 2003.
While the first one was good !, the second is remarkable in every way.
Configuration, mussel tone, attitude, personality and intelligence are all outstanding.

My wife was partially disabled in an auto accident in 96 and will now frequently loose her sight, sometimes her hearing, and sometimes both -- especially when she becomes fatigued.  "Abe" knows before she dose that something is going wrong and will try to intervene in her activity and tell her that it's time to quit.   He also will guide her back to and into the house when she looses her sight.  He tell her when she need to rest and when what she is doing is no longer a good idea ( he has even unplugged the vacuum sweeper to make her stop before she passes out ).

He is great with the animals and considers them his to guard and protect.
He will check the perimeter if the chickens, peacocks, geese or especially the guineas give an alarm call.
He stays within the underground fence ( about 1.5 acres ) unless my wife has wondered away and needs help, or, you get the gun.
He believes that no one except US should be shooting within 3/4 miles of the house and will come and tell us about it when they are.
He lets us know when he hears a coyote or when he sees a coon at the edge of the woods 200 yards away.
He stay close when hunting but he doesn't bark tree.

I only wish I could take credit for even some of the things he dose, but the truth is he has taught himself these things.  His bond with us and his ability to perceive what we need seem to be genetic, as is outstanding physical configuration ( looks as though his hips are getting a little stiff when he gets up ).

I stopped at your "old" house north of Battle Creek the other day to see if there was the possibility of you using him as a stud so that we could get a pup from him and he could start training the pup, but I see now that you have moved to a more friendly climate.

I will try and attach some photos that show Abe's conformation ( I think he looks a lot like his dad ), maybe you know of someone with a good bloodline that we could bread him to ?

Thank You for any direction you might be able to give;  and THANK YOU FOR  ABE ! ! !
Hope your basking in the warm weather !

Hello Frank

I was very nice to talk to you this morning. Jazmine (airedale) is doing great. She is 24 in and 40 lb. I think she will put more weight on. Here is 2 pics of her when she was 5 months old.
One question, she is a picky eater and does not have a great appetite, it is hard to make her gain weight. Are airedales like that?
She has great socialization, great temperment, a lot of energy, very loyalt and very smart. Her voice is strong but she does not bark unless somebody is really close to the house, compare to my schnauzer that barks all the time.

Hope you like the pictures
Evelin

"Jazz", is 7 months old in this picture.
